Read the below information carefully including the regreistation sites. We look forward to a mutually rewarding relationship with you. So that our business runs smoothly, we feel that an effective system of communication is required: You need a reliable message system, a cell phone, with email or voicemail. It is imperative to get back to us the same day as you could lose a booking or casting.

Auditions/Castings

AUDITIONS/CASTINGS
Please confirm all auditions calls as soon as you receive our message. Do not wait to call us back until the next day. A simple reply to the audition email is all that is necessary. But getting back to us very important as you could lose a booking or casting.
-If you are unable to make an audition, let us know immediately! We must notify the casting director of all cancellations as soon as possible.
-If you are calling after business hours to confirm an audition, please utilize our voicemail system. Be sure to leave: 1) Your full name, 2) The name of the person you are calling, and 3) The name of the project you are calling about.

Again, it is essential to get back to us the same day, or you could lose a booking or casting.

– When on set, make sure to get a copy of the contract for our records. Your check authorization form confirms we will be receiving all payments on your behalf. Make sure all forms signed on set verify this agreement.
– Keep your resume up to date – both online (Casting Frontier & Casting Networks) and hard copies.
– Always bring a headshot and resume to your auditions with our label displayed.

Emergencies

– Contact us immediately if you have a major crisis making it to your audition or event. Do not use emergency messages for trivial concerns about future auditions or any other reason other than an emergency.
– If you are unavailable for any reason (sick, vacation, working, whatever) please decline/book-out with us as soon as you know, so we don’t waste the casting directors’ or our time submitting you on jobs that you are not available to work. One of the worst things you can do as an actor is to not show up for an audition. It makes you look extremely unprofessional, and it reflects very poorly on us as an agency.
– So, if you cannot make an audition for any reason, please be sure to call us before the scheduled time of your audition.

-We do try to meet our talent at a convenient time for both. Not keeping an appointment and not letting us know you will not be at our office is not tolerated.
